Personality: Speaks very little because her voice sounds so celestial and alluring, that it draws people to her due to her disease. Very gentle, shy, loves to help people. Is highly intelligent, especially when it comes to herbs. Is an empath. Dislikes fighting, doesn’t know how to fight, and therefore refuses to fight. She has a big heart and does everything she can to preserve peace.
Equipment: Pack of medical/herbal supplies and any tools she knows she will need.
Abilities: Manipulate water/ice, Siren Song (a natural siren ability), Healing Skills
History: From birth, she was considered gifted because of her ability to manipulate water and to heal. She went to the best siren schools, but always hated the idea of hurting others. As she matured, she found an interest in the healing arts, and took up the job of being a healer. She left the village despite the protesting of her people, saying that she needed to help others, because it was her purpose. She chose to start traveling and rarely speaks, because she doesn't like being the center of attention and has a strange disease that makes it so that her Siren Song never shuts off...

Appearance: About 6 ft tall, and wears a large brown, hooded cloak over a long sleeved formal shirt and pants. Large gloves and boots cover his hands and feet, blocking all view of his skin. His head is surrounded by a large metal mask, through which two large glowing purple eyes gleam. The only hint to his species is white skin on his exposed neck.

Personality: Unresponsive towards most speech, and does not speak much, himself. Presumably mute, he usually communicates through the mask in grunts. Moving through his own agenda, it seems he is often very interested in certain criminals or higher class members of society. It would appear he can spot traps and people of interest immediately, as though already looking for and expecting them. He is often seen snooping through people's things.

Equipment: An iron mask that covers the whole head. It is unknown why the eyes glow. It could be part of the mask, or the face behind it.

Abilities: Phi at first glance does not seem to have abilities. But when he chooses to, it would appear Phi can display small feats of superhuman strength. Most enchantments have very little effect on him, if at all. His actions hint towards telescopic vision, and an ability to draw magick from the world around him in the form of multicolored lightning. Through this, it seems his actions carry with them a heavy magic impact. This ability cannot be used for prolonged times, however.

History: Recent reports through the kingdom indicate a mysterious figure roaming the countryside and back alleys. Be on the lookout, as he is the prime suspect in many murders across the land, of both innocents and other suspected criminals. Scouts indicate that he tends to avoid open areas and may have retreated into the Southern District. Expect him to be extremely dangerous. Authorities are to arrest on sight. If he resists, you have permission to use deadly force. We have nicknamed this masked suspect "Phi", as those who see him report he is absolutely silent. He has been at large for about five months now, with the body count rising almost weekly. Let's take this man off the streets, gentleman. Good luck.

Occupation: Thief
Appearance: Ran is a very slender girl, who has ankle length spiky brown hair that is tied into a loose ponytail halfway down her back. Her eyes are usually yellow, but turn caramel brown when she’s in her human form. She typically wears a dark green bikini top and a matching knee length skirt with a long cut on the left side. Under the skirt she wears black skinny jeans, and a pair of brown boots that are a little less than knee length. On her head, she has a pair of wolf ears that are the same color as her hair, and a matching tail. She is 5.5 feet tall.
Personality: Ran is a very stubborn girl, who would much rather do something by herself than with a group. She can sometimes appear devious and childish, although when it comes to her work she turns serious and mature. Ran is very untrusting, and any smart person would never trust her either. She has no problem stabbing someone in the back, theoretically or literally. She may be considered evil by most people, but on the inside she is a very sweet and kind person. She would never hurt any animal, and although she is okay with hurting them, she can’t kill a human. This is sometimes a weakness to her.
Equipment: 2 silver daggers, and a grey backpack in which she stores what she takes.
Abilities: Ran is incredibly fast, and is also very strong although it may not look like it. She also has great hearing, and an above average sense of smell.
History: Ran grew up as an orphan, due to the fact she was abandoned by her parents at the age of four. Every day was a struggle for her, not knowing whether she would live to see the next in her poor town. To survive, she was forced to steal from others around her. Even though she knew it was wrong, she had no other choice. As time passed, and years went by, Ran had become quite a famous thief. Every so often somebody would request she steal something for them, and they would pay her. This soon became Ran’s job, and breaking into a mansion became as easy as pie. But of course, keeping her identity a secret was very hard. After doing a job, she would have to travel to another location to avoid being discovered. Because of this, Ran has no home, and it is very hard to track her down if somebody wants her to steal something.
